Arbitration & Liability

This policy expands upon Section 18 of our Terms & Conditions and outlines the mandatory arbitration process for all legal disputes.

1. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of JoyAvatar shall be settled by binding arbitration, rather than in court. U.S. disputes are governed by the FAA and AAA rules in Delaware. ROW disputes are subject to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bengaluru, India.

2. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring disputes on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
