JoyScore Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy describes how to report copyright or trademark infringement.

1. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe an avatar or user-generated asset infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by emailing dmca@joyscore.com. You must include your physical/electronic signature, identification of the infringed work, description of where the material is located, and a statement of good faith.

2. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed via DMCA, you may submit a counter-notice affirming under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
